If had to sum up the service I received from Bluewater Tek Centre it would be Amazing! The problem is I could also use Incredible or several words like “ Holy Moly you guys are awesome!” Seriously though they went sooo far above and beyond for me with the issues I was having. I could not be more pleased with the service, the and the great staff.

After taking our iMAC to another Service Depot for a Hard Drive Replacement, the fans had run at full speed all the time, we took our computer to Bluewater Tek Centre, they noted what was wrong, found the solution and repaired the operation of the fans as factory condition. These guys are wonderful to deal with, accurate diagnostics and excellent repair history as this was the second imac they repaired for me. Both machines run just like NEW.
